R$ 14 milhões sonegados: Operação Sistema Paralelo desmantela esquema de agiotagem e lavagem de dinheiro em Minas Gerais
Ministério Público, Receita Estadual e forças policiais agem em 11 cidades mineiras para prender envolvidos em fraudes fiscais, estelionato e organização criminosa
Um sistema à margem da lei
Na manhã desta terça-feira (29), foi deflagrada a Operação Sistema Paralelo, uma das maiores ações já realizadas em Minas Gerais contra crimes de ordem econômica. O foco da operação é um grupo empresarial sediado em Curvelo, com atuação em comércio de celulares e empréstimos pessoais, responsável por um esquema multimilionário de sonegação de ICMS, agiotagem e lavagem de dinheiro.
De acordo com as investigações, o grupo criou empresas fantasmas em nome de “laranjas” para operar sem emissão de nota fiscal e sem registros contábeis. O prejuízo aos cofres públicos já ultrapassa R$ 14 milhões, conforme apurado pela Secretaria de Fazenda do Estado.
Prisões, bens bloqueados e armamentos apreendidos
Ao todo, foram cumpridos 31 mandados de busca e apreensão e 3 de prisão preventiva em 11 cidades, incluindo João Pinheiro, Paracatu, Sete Lagoas, Pirapora, Diamantina, Três Marias e Belo Horizonte.
Na operação, foram apreendidos veículos de luxo, imóveis, criptomoedas, armamentos e munições, além de decretada a indisponibilidade de bens dos investigados, somando mais de R$ 36,4 milhões.
Os rostos por trás do esquema
Entre os alvos da operação estão os empresários Laís Gonzaga Diniz e Victor Gonzaga Diniz, ligados à loja VG Imports, com sede em João Pinheiro e filiais em várias cidades mineiras. Segundo o Ministério Público, Laís é apontada como uma das líderes do esquema, operando parte das ações ilícitas sob fachada de legalidade empresarial.
Força-tarefa de peso
A operação contou com a participação de 100 policiais civis, 8 policiais militares, 30 servidores da Receita Estadual, 6 promotores de Justiça, além de agentes do Gaeco, da PCO, do Caopp e do GSI, sob coordenação do CIRA (Comitê Interinstitucional de Recuperação de Ativos).
O CIRA, que completa 18 anos em 2025, já ajudou a recuperar mais de R$ 16 bilhões em ativos desviados por organizações criminosas em Minas Gerais.
Enquanto muitos trabalham honestamente, outros constroem impérios sobre fraudes, enganos e sangue frio. R$ 14 milhões sonegados não são apenas números — são hospitais que deixam de ser construídos, escolas sem estrutura, pessoas que ficam sem atendimento.
