Condenado por Latrocínio é Preso pela PM em Bar no Bairro Bela Vista II, em Paracatu
Homem de 36 anos era procurado pela Justiça; abordagem de rotina em estabelecimento comercial resultou na captura de criminoso de alta periculosidade.
PARACATU – A noite desta ultima quarta-feira (04/02) marcou o fim da liberdade de um homem de 36 anos, considerado de alta periculosidade pela natureza de seu crime. Durante um patrulhamento de rotina pelo bairro Bela Vista II, a Polícia Militar obteve êxito em localizar e prender um foragido condenado por latrocínio — o roubo seguido de morte. A prisão ocorreu de forma estratégica durante uma abordagem em um estabelecimento comercial da região.
O Flagrante da Ordem Judicial
A ação faz parte das estratégias de intensificação do policiamento em áreas comerciais e residenciais. Ao realizarem a abordagem no local, os militares procederam com a identificação dos presentes. Ao consultarem os sistemas informatizados da Justiça, os policiais confirmaram que contra o indivíduo de 36 anos pesava um mandado de prisão em aberto, expedido pelo Poder Judiciário.
A condenação por latrocínio indica que o autor esteve envolvido em crimes onde a violência extrema resultou na perda de vidas para a subtração de bens, o que torna sua retirada das ruas uma vitória para a segurança pública de Paracatu.
Procedimentos e Custódia
Imediatamente após a confirmação do mandado, foi dada voz de prisão ao suspeito. Ele foi conduzido, sem resistência relatada, para a Delegacia de Polícia Civil de Paracatu. Após o registro da ocorrência e os procedimentos de polícia judiciária, o homem foi entregue ao sistema prisional, onde permanece agora à disposição da Justiça para o cumprimento de sua pena.
